This is a new item. I will make 15 to start, but could be more batches. I am pricing this local also.

1. 16 gauge steel
2. Vendor supplies material
3. 15 pieces
4. Drawings attached.
5. Lead time should be 2-3 weeks. Quicker is better.
6. RFQ Ending is 3/8/06
7. Part will be chromed.
8. Price should be by unit with shipping to 76131 included.

The part requires two bends at the dashed lines. Direction does not matter as long as part is U shaped when finished.


Please ask questions. Please let me know if you need more detail dimensions on the drawing.

I don't see any dashed lines when I import the DXF. Can you send a PDF of the drawing? And is it possible to send a STEP file of a solid model? Does your drawing account for the developed length of the bends? Can you allow a small radius on the inside corners?

Can anyone else see the drawing correctly? It should look like the attached jpg. I have also attached a 3d drawing showing the shape after bends.

I could see the first dxf. file you posted just fine and the dotted lines. I started putting a quote together for this job. Will you be doing the plating or should I include plating in the quote? Can I get an email address to send the quote to you direct?

If you have reliable plating, please quote that separate. I have a plater I work with, but your pricing might be better.
