I am in the process of building my 4'x8' machine, I had a partner that bailed on me and now I need to complete a project for a customer.

Basically I am making a foam mold relief to pour concrete in to. I am going to using 2" blue foam and there are two reliefs measuring 36" x 53". This is a real simple project, nothing fancy. Due to the size, and foam being so fragile, I am looking for a local guy to do the job. I have all the cad work done and I can also do the g-code for it!

Thanks,
Kevin

Well, we're definitely not local but we do have several customers in your area.
We have a router that would do the job, even up to 72" wide. We just finished a large topography foam model. We could always mount it to MDF and ship it but I dont know if that would be too much. If you're interested, email me at info@davidwolfedesign.com Thanks!
