Hello,

I am working on a product and I need some axles made. I have included the dimensions below and I have attached a picture of something similar to what I am looking for.(with out the blue anodizing)

My first order would be an order 20 axles. I was wondering if I could get a deal if I order 20? My second order would be another 20.

The axles would need to be:

71.25mm long
5.35mm in diameter at the ball
2.55mm in diameter at the center
8.5mm long pins

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Please let me know the price of 20,40,and 80 of these.

Thanks,
Joe

Looks like the pins may be dowels but are the axles alum. or steel? (if steal then are they hard or soft)

Yes, The pins are are basically dowels. Please give me a qoute if the alxes are aluminum, or steal(give me a qoute on both soft and hard) Cause steal would prolly be better but lets see the prices I get first.

Thanks.
Joe

Joe,

The following quote is for material, labor and shipping for the aluminum axles with pins. This will be a challenging item and will be fun to do. The prices are as follows:

20ea. $5.00 ea.
40ea. $4.35 ea.
80ea. $4.00 ea.

If you could gaurantee to me that you would definately be doing another order of 20ea. I would do the first 20ea. at $3.35. And when you order the next 20ea. also at $3.35.

Please respond back to let me know where I stand.

Thanks,
Chad
