hello, just want to congrats on this site, awesome knowledge, i am requesting rfq for two flanges that can be made on a cnc lathe, the initial run would be about 100 pieces each with additional qty maybe at a later date, the material is 6061t6 aluminum (just basically weldable aluminum) the finish would be smooth and deburred, one flange has a flat bottom the other has a groove for an o ring at the btm i do have actual samples that i will send so you can check all the dimensions to make sure they are correct and having a exact sample will be easier,i have included some autocad dwg,dxf and pics of the original, pls email me at chisel1200@hotmail.com with quotes or any questions
