I know this sounds crazy. And i am new to the site. I saw this on the internet, someone makeing a router out of an old vacuum cleaner motor. Don't know the details becuause you have to order the plans to build it. I do have an old vacuum cleaner motor and i was looking at it . It has a 9/32" shaft about 1 1/2" long. just wondering here if it is possible. would you be able to use a double sided pin vise , or a double sided collet? I don't know maybe to good to be true/ any input or feed back would be great. ty.
