Can anyone help please with my screen resolution problem?
I'm using a 15 inch LCD panel as my main screen. set at 800 x 600.
Part of the main programme run screen is missing at the bottom and the right hand side is missing.

I cant use 1024x768, my panel will not support that mode.

Have I overlooked the basic config showing how to set up the screen resolution.

I'm using Mach mill demo version R1.83.032

Many thanks

The standard Mach3 screens need at least 1024x768. You can download the screen designer, and try resizing and/or moving items around to fit your screen.

I noticed there is a 640x480 screen available from the ftp site at www.machsupport.com. The FTP is at the bottom of the page. Once loaded, it's under Mach3>Screen Sets.

This 640 x 480 screen may not be current or have all the options the release version screens have, though.

Is the problem that the monitor won't support that resolution, or the video card or built in video won't support it? I've seen some 15" LCD's that use 1024x768 as their native resolution.

Thanks Ger21 for your help.
I'm not sure whether the monitor or the card is to blame. I must investigate further.

I am starting to make a 800x600 screen, probably like the rest of my screens I have started, they havent been completed.
I started off with the minitech screen, took the jog buttons and a few other random buttons. I think I might have to change my base screen because I need a few extra screens that arent included in that one.

Does anyone have a mach3 800x600 screen?
