I just bought a Dell GX150 motherboard/CPU on Ebay. I know that Dell power supplies use different pinouts than standard ATX power supplies. All the GX150 power supplies on Ebay are only 100 watt. Question is, will any Dell power supply work with this motherboard? I'm putting it into a custom box, so size and shape don't matter. Thanks.

Dell produced proprietary mb and ps during certain years and the connectors on the mb and the ps look identical to standard ATX connectors. If you have a proprietary mb I think you can use a standard ATX ps but you will have to rewire the connectors to the Dell pin out. I bought a Dell power supply for a GX 240, I think. 210Watt. 5$ on Ebay. Works great.
