Has anybody here had any experiences with their product?
We are getting a router delivered tommorow, but it would be great to get some opinions before hand so i know what is expected.

We've had one for about 9 years.

Nobody wanted to deal with it so it sat on the shelf up until a month ago when i started messing with it. It looks like a quality machine, and i'm sure their stuff now is way better then what it was back then.

Only expirience i have with their support dept. is when I called them about getting some manuals. I was surprised how nice and helpfull they were.
