I have a question about the gcode generated when importing a DXF that has pockets to be milled.

When you convert the DXF using Ace, you can specify a depth per pass and the final depth. Can this be specified with NCPlot or do I have to use multiple layers and specify a Z depth for each layer?

BTW, love the sort feature. Thanks for the hard work.

Dave.

Dave,

I was looking at Ace a while back and noticed this feature. It's a nice feature and will probably add it to NCPlot. I'm also planning to add the ability to add header and footer blocks as each layer is processed. This will make it possible to add code for turning on the spindle, turn on offsets, etc.

Thanks,
Scott
