Anyone exporting from Corel Draw 10? and if so in what format?
The only thing I can get to correctly import into sheetcam from corel draw 10 is in .emf format. That might be ok if I could do layers, but I can't with .emf

What problems are you having? Try version 11 .dxf

When I try a version 11 dxf my each curve has one line missing. Circled in green in the screenshot.

I have V11, but if you post the .dxf and .cdr files, I'll take a look tomorrow.

Didn't get a chance to export a test last night but I have tried everything I can think of. For example Create 2 circles leave on as the default elipse and convert the other to a curve export both as a ver 11 .dxf the elipse imports with the broken line on the bottom and the curve imports with the broken line on the top like circled in the picture.

From what I have heard it sounds like Corel 10 and 12 have problems with their export filters. I am working on the emf import to add layers. EMF files don't actually contain layer information but I could use colours instead.

My version 11 works fine. There's one on Ebay for $65 http://cgi.ebay.com/CorelDraw-Graphics-Suite-11-Win-Mac_W0QQitemZ7188071367QQcategoryZ41878QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
There's also a version 11 upgrade, current price about $7

ShayArnett,
If youre still having trouble.. try exporting as PLT
and then open in sheetcam as PLT of course.
its worked better for me than DXF

PLT comes out the same. emf is the only one that will import correctly ... but no layers with emf :(

The latest release, V2.1.20 can now handle layers in emf files. As emf files can't directly handle layers I have used colours instead. Each colour will be placed on a different layer.

working much better now :D circles are a little jaggy still but hopefully with constant velocity machining that won't be a problem... only hurdle left is getting my stinkin machine built :D
