hey guys, i've got my cnc router up and going and am wonder where and what types of router bits to use to cut 1/16"-1/4" balsa and up to 3/32" aircraft ply. i've heard using 2 flute upcut bits. i want to use the smallest diameter bit so i can create the smallest inside curve cut(hope that makes sense). i don't mind slowing the speed of the machine down down to get a precise cut. also, where are you getting bits from? enco? thanks a lot, toby....

anybody have any experience with cutting carbon fiber (1/8" thick) sheets? any info would help. bits, feed rates, etc. thanks, toby....

I'm thinking carbon fiber will shear or punch better then milled.....seems that milling will create a bunch of potentially hazardous dust??
