Hi,

I am a bit frustrated:-( can any tell me which is the best software for step and direction drivers, the max cost may be around USD200 here in eu we have some very good DOS software like PCNC and others but... I want a software that runs under WINDOWS.

I am a bit lazy, it is more comfortable to run and design in same platform.

I have been crept around for a while and can not make the final decision so please help.

I have began to build my new router/milling machine, I want it to be sturdy and fast, a wood router with potency, working name is Viagra, it means that I should use some extra mechanism to maintain stability when I need more power.

Yeap, what ger21 said above, is sooooo true.
It is very quickly becomming, (when some of the G-rex stuff comes out), a industrial grade controller for a hobbie price. The support and forum site is unparralled.

Confirmation X 4. Hands down Mach 3 is your best choice. Do not even consider another another option under windows. It may look a little complicated at first, just download the demo and the tutorials and practice with it.

Hi all cnc people, it is early morning the sun is shining and I have checked the MACH 3 I also watched the video and I am convinced, I will try this with my stepper driver it is the German NC-Step three axis, it seems very nice and I hope it can run together with MACH 3.

Thank you all kind people!
