am building first machine - have z axis ( of sorts) done need to put drive electronics off breadboard and onnto pccboard or get the componentts for 3 axis onto a pcb .. also need to make the breakout board .

i think i need to try the computer for control instead of moving from ground and off and playing with potentiometer for speed.

I have a CNC and am in the Orlando area. I also have electronics experience, I made my controllers from scratch, and make PCB's on the mill.

hey Neil .. i finally bought one -- it's not too big a deal but i could probably improve it to make it decent .. like increase Voltage for more IPM ... get some anti- backlash going with lower TPI -- (more speed and accuracy) - make an aluminum Z axis to replace the mdf ... etc ...
