Hey everyone...Steve here—posting for the first time. I have been a lurker for quite a while. I am very interested in CNC. The thought of building my own is of extreme interest to me. Although...the fears that I keep having are not the construction itself, but when it comes to the point of installing the drives and wiring. That scares me because lack of knowledge in this area. This board seems to be the most informative place to be. I am thrilled to read posts everyday from all the people involved in their own construction. I am going to keep lurking as long as I can to gain further knowledge of the area that I am in fear of.

On another note..I have often looked at the different machines that are commercial grade. There is one that I have not heard anything mentioned about on this board. Can everyone look at this and give their opinions.

Thanks in advance and look forward to the day that I dive in.

I have no personal experience with that machine. I noticed that they sell on Ebay under the name cnc_lutherie.

It seems like an OK machine, but you might be better off sending some emails to people on Ebay who bought them and get their opinions after a few months of use.
