my first attempt failed posting something here, so I try again.
I want to introduce my Odin-3D/4D Microstepperboard to this community. It does employ the 3A/55V LMD18245 Motordriver and some logic, which does realise up to 1/30 microsteps. I do ship to the USA for 185,- EUR (3D Kit) and 235,- EUR (4D Kit).
The kit includes all parts, data-cable, PCB-holder and a 6D 9 Axis Universal Milling Software (Fullversion).

You may listen to the sound of high-speed drive coming from my milling machine. It is equipped with 1/25step logic. The noise is a little silent.
