We have a VF4 2001 with a dual pallett changer
The alarm states; Emergency stop button was pressed. After the E-stop is released, the reset button must be pressed once to correct this to clear the E-stop alarm.
This alarm will also be generated if there is a low pressure condition in the hydraulic counterbalance system. In this case, the alarm will not reset untill the condition has been corrected.
I've tried the reset to no avail, also checked resitance on the E-stop, its good. Is the hydraulic counterbalance the fluid that is in the spindle transmission compartment or does it have to do with the nitrogen counterbalance located in the back?
