I have a small woodshop in my home. CNC machines look very interesting. Up until recently "Shopbot" was the only CNC machine I could name off the top of my head.

If I bought a shopbot, there would be a death in the family (my wife would kill me in my sleep !! :frown: )

I came across a website for a company K2CNC (www.k2cnc.com) that produces a variety of machines that would allow me to get into it on a smaller scale.

I realize there is an awful lot of variables but.....

Can anyone give some general feedback on these units?

As in....

"Yes I have one and its great"

or

"I should shoot myself for ever buying one"

thanks

Brian

Be sure to read the entire thread before drawing conclusions, as they seem to have corrected some early flaws. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10157&page=1
