May I ask you what was the cost of rails and AL profiles and what shipping fees. I would like to make an estimation. I am from third world - Romania - Eastern Europe; a place were you could not find these parts. Thank you. Zoltan spalm 07-06-2005, 11:57 PM She’s looking good! Are those 6mm or 20mm Igus square slides on the long azis? Did you find them hard to align? Do you recommend them? Steve sixpence 07-08-2005, 12:58 AM Are those 6mm or 20mm Igus square slides on the long azis? Did you find them hard to align? Do you recommend them? Steve[/QUOTE] They are 20mm rails. I did spent quite abit of time on the alignment but it was not too difficult. They were a bit overkill for the weight but rather safe than sorry. Next time (see the bug has bitten) I would rather get the round ones |
