Hi, plz help....I have a k2 cnc router 50 x 50 and have cut while testing it a letter T. It has cut it 99% perfectly except its 385 mm high when it should have been 57 mm high....I know its to do with the steps per mm or / inch but I don't know what it sahould be set to......does anyone know?

Somewhere in your controller software, in the configure axis section, you have a coeficient, usually called a scaling factor or something like that. If you increase or decrease that number proportionally, and ALL OTHER AXIS ALSO, it should make it proportianally larger or smaller. Without knowing your control package thats the best I can do.
