The reason I suggested a circle is that it shows I'm actually doing something at the stated position compared to just a plain line plot which does not show me anything. I use a program that gets very little development called NC Discriminator (www.cncedit.com) which does this. I suppose an X would also work. jon MetLHead 05-24-2005, 07:05 AM I'll see what I can do. This means adding tables for tool length / tool diameter and probably work offsets. Hmmm... something to think about.
