Default AlphaCAM v5 and Anderson Stratos Issue

I have a wierd issue happening occasionally and I thought I would see if anyone here has a suggestion on where to start to find the cause.

I am a remote programmer (off site) and every so often when I create a program in AlphaCAM v5 the machine cuts items crooked on one side. Example...I created a simple rectangle (short sides along the Y axis) and when the machine cuts it, the left line (that should be directly vertical) winds up being slanted on an angle along the X+ axis. This will happen for multiple (but not all) parts of the run. The second issue that happens is that when cutting a simple outline of a 2D part, where the start point and the end point meet, the end is 1/2 the bit diameter inwards towards the centre of the part (if the line continued to go a lot further it would wind up being an inward spiral to the centre of the part). I checked the G-Code for the rectangle and it gives the right co-ords for a proper rectangle.

    Any ideas?

Sounds like a cutter comp issue. The post is probably not outputting the code correctly for cutter comp. Could also be a lead-in lead-out issue also affecting the cutter comp.

I'm not familiar with that machine, so can't offer any other help, but I'd check the comp first.
