Default Problem with using stock stl file saved from previous operation

    Hi,
Bassicly I'm using saved stock (STL file) tht I saved from solid simultion on the first op.
For some reason Z countur roughing still puting toolpaths arround the profile that already have been machinned on op 1.
I'm ending up with cutting fresh air for a long time.
Only way to solve the problem partialy seems to be using boundaries but it's very time consumming.
I've also tried to scale stl so it's little bit smaller than the art - still same issue...
    Can anyone help pleaseeee
