Alphacam tollerance problem?

Hi all, I use Alphacam with a 3 axes CNC... The problem is that I have 0,4 mm error on surfaces when I do a roughing and I don't understand why... I think there is a parameter or something, like tolerance or something like this, I have to set before performing a process... Can you help me with this? Thanks

can you please upload you Alphacam file to here? Tolerance you can set direct in operation, but if i see your file it will be better.
