Hi, i am after some help as trying to nest parts on biesse excel have a lead in/out but when i nest and put post in alphacam comes up with you have g41/g42 offset but some cuts have no lead in/out. So machine code wrong as not reading compensation for tools? any help would be appreciated.

Thanks smitty but m/c comp is on gets to nest and put nc code in just some cuts have g41/g42 but no lead in/out
Attach Your Acam-file.. then it's easier to see what might be wrong...
You need to be looking at the Lead In/Out options from the Machine menu to apply a roll on and off move to allow the compensation to be applied correctly

Hi, we had Alphacam 7.5 on a PC with Windows XP .The PC broke down we got a new PC with Windows 8 and Alphacam 2015 running but the post processors from Alphacam 7.5 .When we do the tool path we get a message saying (Some cuts have G41/42 off set and no lean-in/out:NC-code will probably be wrong!) . How can we fix it can you help us? I am sending a file from the CNC if necessary for you to see where this failure. thank you very much for the help in advance .
