To export your 3D model to DXF you need to make a 2D drawing of it in Alibre and then export that 2D drawing to DXF. You cannot convert a 3D model to DXF. Make sure ypo make the drawing 1:1 scale as Alibre will scale the drawing to the paper size you select.
