ATC noise fault

I purchased a new vmc a few months ago, and I keep getting a fault that says " ATC noise". The changer will put tool in atc then Z up and then fault. The centroid rep has worked on it a few times rerouted wires different kind of switch in control ect. Still get random fault, and sometimes a way lube fault even if its all the way full.
Anyone else have a problem of this kind?

Which "ATC noise" error(s) are you getting?

9011 ATC CAR IN NOISE?
9019 ATC TOOL COUNTER NOISE?
9021 ATC TOOL COUNTER NOISE?
9027 ATC CAR OUT NOISE?

You can review recent error messages by going to F7/Utility, F9/Logs, F1/Errors. Page down as needed.

Is this an AC-servo system or a DC-servo system?

Where are you located?

It is Ac servo machine,
Serviceman came he ran one atc wire outside of wire loom. (Was not it.) The x axis has been moving about .05 off x0. It would do it on start up sometimes and sometimes while running a program. The spindle faulted it sounded like a box of rocks inside. ( That was wire to incoder rubbing aginest encoder pulley). This time up he replaced x axis servo, encoder on spindle, and PLC. I hope this does it.
