Step and direction info on M control

Hello can anyone tell me if they have succesfully output any step and direction outputs from an Ajax controller as I dont fancy buying the complete fourth axis I have a unit called divison master which is a independent stepper motor controller that can have step and direction inputs to it fitted to a 4 inch dividing head and would like to integrate into my series 1 cnc bridgeport with an ajax m control on an ISA card in the computer if anyone has any guidance on this it would be most helpful I am retired on a pension using this machine for hobby and experimental use so cost is a great issue. Hello. Step and direction is not possible with our control as we only work with closed-loop servo technology.
