ajaxcnc 401 error

When i boot up mill & it gets to operations screen for homing i get 401 error
plc failure? I did the retrofit so i know the controls pretty well, but i can't
figure this one out? It's a cpu7 plc. PC running on linux software.
Any one else had this error & know how to fix?

The CPU7 is not a PLC. It is the motion control board. You probably have either a SERVO3IO or a DC3IO unit, combining the PLC hardware with the servo amplifier.

The most likely causes of a 401 fault are loss of logic power to your PLC unit, or a problem with the fiber optic communication between the CPU board and the PLC.

Find out what type of PLC unit you have, and see if there are any indicator LEDs on it.

The first day i had the error i had a green led light on control board & 120v on fuse feeding plc power cord, did not check any more. Control unit is a
DC3IO. After reading your reply today i checked fuse again & found it blown. Replaced fuse & got electric flash near top behind main circet board. After removing control unit the power supply is mounted in this area with hole in mounting plate & fan of power supply mounted where if saw the flash, which i think came from inside power supply, as input to power supply is now open. I will try replacing power supply & see if that will fix problem? When i did the retro fit i did not plug extra holes in control panel. Mice built a bed in control panel & i thank they pissed on top of power supply, moist & rusty inside?
All holes will be pluged before installing new power supply!!!!!!!!!!!!!
