    4th axis activation?

Anyone know how to turn on the fourth axis? Ajax lists their fourth axis as plug and play, but I plugged it in, tried to turn on the fourth axis and and recieved a 4th axis not available message. I have sent an email to tech, but haven't heard back. Not sure if they are closed for the holidays, but I would like to get this done, sooner than later.

I am assuming that it is a parameter change as well. I did pay when I purchased the 4th axis drive. Ajax advertises it as plug and play:

"The axis add-on drive is designed with simplicity in mind. The drive is a plug-n-play addition to your existing AjaxCNC control. This drive can be used for rotary or linear axes. Includes 4th axis software and programming capabilities.DC 1 Axis Add"

But I did not receive any parameters or software with the drive.

If your software is earlier than CNC10 v2.68, then you need a software option unlock code before you can enable a fourth axis. Call or e-mail Ajax and ask for it.

Does anyone know if there is anyone there answering emails? I sent of a couple of emails last week and have yet to hear back. I am not able to call during my work hours and waiting until I have a day off is often tedious, especially if I have to leave a messege which doesn't get returned.
