I have Fanuc 6M control and have some problem like this too.
( Tool magazine move in and move out. Air Valve working. But Not complete come in to spindle )
My problem is solve.
It alway happen when It rain at Night. And start to work in the moring.
Just first time.. This is becuase High humidity.
I just use hair Dryer to Orientation Board. Make it warm. Then It Work.
( Do your machine can do Orientation? ) |
