Ken,
Just shut the Mother down. It will rehome when you restart and it will also start in the middle of a program. It will go back and look at the code above where you start and make sure the right tool is loaded and everything. Then it will pick up where you left off.
Call if you need help.
But go shut it down, before the storm hits. Just press feed hold then reset and power up restart. then when it get home just power down.
