Yes, Unigraphics and VeriCut were 2 seperate programs but once VeriCut was setup correctly (by our systems guru) they worked seamlessly together. You really didn't have to do any additional work to run VeriCut. All the info it needed was improted from the UG .CLS files.
I got 40 hours of training on the CAD and Solids portion and 40 hours on the CAM side. Alot of the material was redundant and was paced for the novice. Most of what was taught could have been learned in less than 1/2 that time, under optimum conditions. But it was a very good training program. |
