Bentz will do it, but there turn around is slow. B&C..... I think you're talking about Brian Cook at BC tools right? He's a good man. I've known him for several years and I used to have him grind me a crap load of customs when I worked in Englewood.
He can definately handle the regrinding. He bought some new grinders the year before and is palletized. Good turn around, small to large quantities (you get a real good price for quantity), and can also handle coatings if you'd like. Here's his info:
