But the Dragon Driver has the following:
1. Step out
2. Step in
3. +5v out
4. Half/Full step select
5. CW/CCW Select
6. Enable
7. Ground
8. Fast osc
9. Slow osc
10.Ground
Now of course I can understand the ground and enable probably wire up
to common and enable on the breakout board. but I have no idea how I should wire the Direction and Step.
Any help would be appreciated.

The enable from the BOB goes to the enable on the driver.
The common on the BOB goes to the ground pin 7 on the driver.
The step on the BOB goes to the step in on the driver.
The direction on the BOB goes to the CW/CCW select on the driver.
If you want full steps you connect half/full to ground, for half steps leave unconnected.
Step out on driver is left unconnected.
Fast osc and slow osc are left unconnected.
