I'm more interested in getting this one up and running. It's more of a hobby project than a get tool up and running project.
I have tore into the drive today. The module is a Tyco P483B03 IGBT PIM (single module) and not discrete IGBTs. Hopefully, I can track down a datasheet or maybe even a replacement module out of old stock. If not, I'll probably look at making an adapter board and fit it with newer power module. This drive uses an IR2133J driver 3 phase bridge driver, so there is a lot of flexibility in what kind of module it can drive.
