I have a design for the dual resolver replacement, and you guys have the BOM and parts designed already to put 1:1 timing belt hardware around the spindle off to the side and spin a feedback device. The non-live tooling model of the Avenger used a simple resolver (your BOM calls it an encoder) so it will not work on the Avengers needing the dual resolver. We have designed a 3.5" dia x 6" long feedback unit with what will become commercially available resolvers inside that should be able to 100% mimic the dual big $ 40,000.00 one inside the spindle that died; object is plug-n-play approach: unplug the old broken one, plug that same cable into this new one bolted on with your provided hardware. |
