Well i got the new chip, removed the old left over connections then soldered the new chip. Still doesnt seem right though, theres no burning smell but using my powersupply at 30V 3A and amps goes right up to 3 stright away and the fan is spinning as if somthing else is taking all the power. And the motors arnt doing anything. Ocassionly if i turn the amps right down them up again the fan picks up speed and the motors start doing somthing but only for a second before it goes back to drawing them all. I know from before the most the board with all 3 motors drew was 1.5 amps if they were idle.
I did do a ohm bleep test on all connections before i connected it all up to make sure nothing was connected to where it shouldnt be.
