Precision T-Nuts?

I really like 8020 extrusions for ease of use, cutting (carbide blade on a tablesaw works great), versatility, etc. Also, they are very straight and with close tolerances. But the T-Nuts fit loosely in the slots. With such good tolerances inside and out, wouldn't it be possible to create/sell close-tolerance T-Nuts that fit more tightly and accurately in the slots?

If they exist, I've never seen them advertised.

I don't really see a need for precide t-nuts. You can simply wiggle the aluminum around until you get it where you want it. Then simply tighten the screws and lock it in place.

Depending on your extrusion size (10 series or 15 series), you would need a DB-015. They are Drop-in T-nuts with a small spring-ball underneath. The top of the T-Nut has a small, raised edge. When the T-Nut is inserted into the T-Slot, the spring ball holds it in position. The raised edge ensures that the nut is properly positioned, and the threaded hole is perfected centered in the t-slot.
