Can 80/20 be water tight?

I want to build an enclosure for 1 or 2 of my mills. Is it possible or feasible to expect total confinement of the coolant? I see some great looking enclosures however I hardly ever see them running with flood in use. Does it drip from the base? Are you sealing the bottom with silicone or similar product along with a gasket? Or should I build a pan that the whole enclosure sits in to insure no leakage? I would hate to go thru the effort and expense of building an enclosure only to have some pesky leak that just seeps or drips a small amount. I do expect some dripping if I open the doors or such. I also see people who put tops on their enclosures. Is this for sound or chips? Or both?

Dorsal, thanks for the response but I have been to their site and read all of their claims. I want to know from people who have experience with 80/20 products that are not connected with the company. As I said, I will be making the enclosure for my mills. This isnt an opportunity for 80/20 to financially benefit very much as we are talking 1 or maybe 2 hobby machines. They refer you to a design service instead of a direct order. Also a little town the size of Houston should have something avalable in stock or a display.
