Hello/Bonjour Gery,
Beautiful set up, beautiful work, thank you for this post.
I have a Proxxon Micromot 50/E 12 volt, I did not buy the supply adapter, I just figured I would run it off a lithium 14.4 volts to be portable.
So I hook up the + & - to the battery and just run the tool hoping to select the speed from the knob on tool.
My problem:
the Proxxon runs fine but the variable knob does not have any effects on the speed & there is no torque to speak of, very weak, I can stop it with my fingers at this point the tool maybe runs 2000 RPM.
I cannot find any info on running this tool without its power adapter.
not at Proxxon not on this internet.
I need to use it on remote places.
If there was a <> 12 volt source power adapter available I would buy it in a second.
I hope you can shed some light on this mystery tools since Proxxon is not commenting at all on how the tool is controlled other then telling you to purchase one of their adapters.
A bientot, je suis de Revin en Ardennes vivant au Nord de San Francisco Vallee des Vins Sonoma.
