I don't know what model Amada turret punch they are using, but my Vipros alarm list has alarm 147 listed as below:

147 An excessive pitch is instructed for nibbling.
I imagine the program is trying to use an excessive pitch for the tool that is nibbling a profile etc. , so try reducing the pitch for that tool to a percentage of the tool length(say 75% etc. as I forget the actual recommended %) or smaller if that does not work.
I hope this helps, but seeing the actual g-code might help.
