Thanks Fred, I had actually found that site.
I didnt tell the whole story. I actually put a 50 buck deposit on it with 250 more to pay. In the end i rang the guy and said I didnt want it. He has been quite good about it all and will give me 50 bucks credit to spend at his store.
By rights he could have just said too bad to me.
In the end I descided it might be just too hard especially since the company is now out of business, and the drivers ar from the 90s. I recon it would be lucky to print 600dpi at the maximum.
There is a plotter down there for 100 that I recon would be much easier to convert to a vinyl cutter and probably pay for itself better in the end. |
