thanks for your suggestion we tried that but verified in the G code screen that we don't have G97.

But I think we are having a communications problems or a parameters problem. We are getting Alarm 15 and Alarm27 - M19 ACTIVE NO S ALLOWED the typical cause from the hardinge manual states "Spindle speed command is not allowed when spindle orient is active"

We pressed M18 - Spindle Orient OFF but I don't believe this is not communicating correctly.

we verified that the pin is not out (is Pin in commanded by M18 and Pin Out commanded by M19, right?)

Is this a communications probelm or parameters or what is it???
