problems happen with emails all the time. Emails end up in bulk mail folders. Spam filters delete them. Isp's block them trying to block someone elses. ect.
But there should always be a phone number :P But then again i only use email myself i dont like chatting with people on the phone for hours about nothing not even dealing with the products hehe |
