I have now spoken to a rep and the rs232 drip feeding conection seems the sensible solution for my budget if I feel the the need to ever carry out 3D ops
Also it sounds very easy to move the machine with a set of pallet trucks to access the rear cabinet.
Anybody compared the haas control with the "XYZ Protrak Control " for simple programming ?? (in PC terms the protrak is a much higher performance control but is this necessary??)
(Ps any suggestions for tooling??)
