I learned the hard way how to change the information in the upper right hand corner.
If you want to be more specific, go to your profile and where it say country, get as specific as you want;})
I personally think it is a good idea to be a more specific than just the country, as you are then able to possibly define who you might be able to help out on a personal basis rather than just through forems like this.
