did you ever find the problem with this?
i just had the same thing on my Arrow500 with A2100 controll - the fan on top of the spindle went bad. changed the fan and it's good... at least for now. never had the problem till a couple weeks ago when our climate control went south and our shop got close to 30 deg C - too hot without a proper working fan, i guess
