Seems a bit faster than before, about 2 seconds to open a forum message in a new window, about the same to open this reply page...was definitely acceptable before..shows about 350 users on now with no noticable speed slowdown..
was a bit erratic last night, threw quite a few database errors, probably about the same time as you were doing the changes...
