Question NC Studio? Piece of Crap or just Misunderstood?

Seems to be used on the cheap Chinese machines.

So which is it?

We see posts from Newbies from time to time complaining that NC Studio does not work.

What is the story? A cheap POS or just Misunderstood?

Any users out there with an opinion?
