1. 5/16" holes please. The .dxf file will show all correct dimensions and hole sizes
2. Minimum inside radius of 5/16" would be acceptable. All inside radius that appear on the pdf to be sharp can have a 5/16" radius.
3. A dxf model is available and will be provided at the time of award.

If there are aspects of the design that can be modified to facilitate production I am willing to adjust the design. There are very few dimensions that must be fixed.
